On Friday 22nd September the Coast’s top musicians and entertainers will be performing in the 3rd edition of the Daphonbury Festival, an amazing event to raise funds for Bowel Cancer UK.

This live music festival takes place in our Moonlight Bar and has been organised by Tony Whitehouse, (many of you will know Tony as he has performed at Sunset Beach on many occasions as a key member of Diverse, and their fantastic Tributes to Take That and Westlife).

Tony lost his fiancée Hannah ‘Daphne’ Edwards to bowel cancer in 2020 and all proceeds from this fantastic event will go to Bowel Cancer UK. Hannah was just 37 years old when she died from this terrible disease and we hope you’ll help us raise awareness and much-needed funds in support.

Doors open on Friday 22nd September at 1:30pm with the festival starting at 1:45pm. You’ll be treated to a fabulous afternoon of live music with many of the Coast’s top entertainers including many who perform regularly here at Sunset Beach Club. Here’s a list of some of the musicians and singers :

Mama Cath & The Soul Sisters

Rock of The Ages

Buddy Holly & The Crickets
