Benalmadena’s New Theatre and Music Festival

This summer Benalmádena will host a festival which is unique to all of Spain, the Benalmádena Theatre and Music Festival. There is no other like it in all of Spain and during the months of July and August we will be able to enjoy the best productions that Madrid’s ‘Gran Vía’ (Equivalent of London’s West End) has hosted.

The fun starts on the 6th July and goes on until 29th August. Every day (with the exception of Monday) you´ll be able to enjoy one of the 13 shows included in the Festival’s programme.

The Benalmádena City Council has just presented ‘Verano en Benalmádena 2020) (Summer in Benalmádena 2020)’, a series of cultural events for July and August that Benalmadena residents and all visitors can enjoy.

This program aims to support the local cultural industry, betting on the talent of local artists who, like many, have been going through a hard time since the state of alarm was declared.

How to Save Money on Your Next Visit to Mijas Water Park

Aquamijas - Mijas Water ParkOne of our favourite local attractions, Mijas Water Park (AquaMijas) opens again on the 29th June 2020! With limited number of visitors allowed and strict health and safety protocols in place, it’ll be a different summer experience at this popular Waterpark, but a fun one all the same! 

For their opening day on the 29th June they’ve reduced entrance prices to just 13€ per person… It’ll be busy but that’s a great price!

Knowing that many of our guests are regular visitors to this popular water park, we thought we’d give you a few tips on how you can save a few Euros next time you and the family decide to spend the day shooting down water slides!
