They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day; we totally agree! That’s why we have recently given our famous hot buffet breakfast a small “face lift”.
Taking note of previous customer comments, Miguel, our Operations Director decided that it was time to make a few changes: We have improved the overall presentation of the buffet (see photos), increased the variety of the food and drinks on offer – the new coffee and orange juice machines are getting great reviews – and we have changed our baked goods supplier; the Danish pastries are to die for!
Here’s a brief overview of what you can expect when you visit the Oasis Restaurant for our hot buffet breakfast:
First Stop: A great cup of coffee – or tea – from the new coffee machines. Feedback has been extremely positive due to the high quality of the coffee these new machines prepare (Marcilla). Those who prefer a nice hot chocolate in the mornings won’t be disappointed; piping hot chocolate is also available at the touch of a button.
Orange juice anyone? Another new machine for orange juice is popular amongst the younger ones!
Fruits and Cold Cuts – For the healthier option, guests can choose from a selection of fresh fruits and yogurts. There is also a variety of cold meats and cheeses.
From the Bakery – Various types of bread: sliced bread and smaller bread roles (both white and brown options), croissants, donuts, home made chocolate chip cookies (these, I highly recommend!), magdalenas (Spanish style muffins), chocolate croissants…..are you getting hungry?
Cereals – We now have a wide variety of cereals available, all presented in a new centrepiece: Weetabix, Corn flakes, Rice Krispies, Muesli and Bran Flakes….something for everyone!
And don’t forget our new milk dispenser which the restaurant team have nick-named “La Vaca” (The cow)….
Last, but certainly not least, our now famous hot English/Irish breakfast buffet selection. This is the “piece de resistance” and most guests favourite: Eggs, Bacon, sausages, “hash” browns, grilled tomato, mushrooms, baked beans….the works!
So there you have it, a short, but detailed description of what you can enjoy when you try our newly designed buffet breakfast experience. Enjoy!
