- May, September & October: cancellation is made a minimum of 7 days before arrival
- June, July & August: cancellation is made a minimum of 14 days before arrival
- Winter (from November to April): cancellation is made a minimum of 48 hours before arrival
After the cancellation of the reservation, the corresponding amount will be charged according to previous conditions to the credit/debit card from which the reservation was made. If the card is not operational SUNSET BEACH CLUB, S.A. will contact the client to ask for their new data.

Where can I check my invoice? The invoice will be handed to the guest upon arrival after payment. However, at the time of making the reservation, the client will receive an email confirmation message detailing the price of the accommodation.
20º.- Value Added Tax
In accordance with current regulations, any purchase made through the website will be subject to tax: IVA (VAT)
21º.- Payment methods
In general, payment will be made when the client arrives at the hotel. The introduction of the payment method in the reservation process will not mean that the payment is made immediately, it will only be a way to guarantee the reservation.
A reservation will be charged if the cancellation conditions indicated in section 18 are breached.
22º.- General provisions on the Payment Process
The payment order given by the User implies adherence to the General Conditions as well as the particular conditions of the reservation. Once the reservation is made, the User will receive an email confirming the essential conditions of the operation:
-Contracted services, and description of the provision. In any case, the User will always have the information of their reservation in the confirmation e-mail they received. The Provider reserves the right to cancel payments or orders if there are indications of fraudulent operations by informing the authorities of conducts that are susceptible to investigation for the prevention of fraud.

The guarantee of this product corresponds to the effective service and enjoyment of the stay in the selected apartment, for the number of people selected and under the conditions of use that are specified in the e-mail of confirmation received after booking.
26º.- Rights of the Provider
- Preserve, modify or suspend your website without prior notice.
- Modify the price of the offers.
- Refuse access to computer tools to clients in case of breach of these conditions.
- Do not reproduce, alienate, or dispose of the information published by The Provider in all its contents without the express permission of the company itself.
- Proceed to correct or amend human or computer errors.
27º.- Limitation of liability
All the information provided by the User to the Provider and through the corresponding forms must be correct. It is the responsibility of the User to keep the data supplied, to the Provider, duly updated. In any case, the Provider disclaims any liability for damages or losses caused as consequence of having provided false, insufficient, inaccurate, or incorrect information. Access to the website does not imply any obligation on the part of the Provider to verify the authenticity, suitability, completeness, accuracy, adequacy and updating of the information provided by the User through the corresponding forms.
The Provider will not be responsible in those cases in which it corresponds to the parents, guardians, or legal representatives of minor Users or disabled guests, authorize access, provision of personal information or use of the website or the contracting of any products or services provided through applications or web platform. It will be the responsibility of the aforementioned parents, guardians or legal representatives to supervise the access and use of the minors or www.sunsetbeachclub.com
The access of the Users to the Contents does not imply any obligation on the part of the Provider to control the absence of viruses or computer elements that may have any harmful effect on the User's computer equipment. In any case, it will correspond to the User to have the necessary tools to detect said viruses or malicious software. Consequently, the provider will not be responsible for possible damage caused to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during access to the Contents.
The Provider will not be liable for interruptions that occur in the services electrical or telecommunications that prevent users from using the services offered.
28º.- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation for items that are not expressly stated. The provider and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of products or services subject of these Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the user's address. In the event that the user’s residence is outside of Spain, the provider and the user, expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the address belonging to THE OWNER OF THE WEB.
